Banana Almond Butter Smoothie

This is was my yummy breakfast.

  • 2 frozen bananas (freezing them makes a huge difference)
  • 1 cup of filtered water
  • 2 teaspoons of raw shelled hemp seeds
  • 1 teaspoon of raw almond butter (add more if you need)
  • sprinkle of cinnamon

Place all ingredients in your blender and blend well until creamy. Enjoy!
