Kale Smoothie Recipe

  • 2-3 cups of cold filtered water
  • 2 handfuls of kale
  • half of a cucumber
  • 2 apples
  • 2 slices of fresh pineapple

This is a recipe for your blender. I like drinking a few of these smoothies every week. Smoothies like juice are very easy to digest since the cells of the vegetables are ruptured. You will feel extremely full after drinking this because of the fiber. Kale is very nutritious for you. The apple and pineapple flavor dominates the kale, yet the green taste of cucumber and kale balance it out so its very palatable. Add half the water to the blender and as much as you need after all ingredients are blended. You can keep any leftovers in the fridge. It keeps very well for several hours, unlike juice which should be consumed immediately. Enjoy!
