Here are the ingredients
- 2 leaves of Kale
- half of a lemon
- 1 apple (deseeded)
- 1 cup of watermelon rinds
Hand squeeze the lemon unless you feel like peeling it before you put it in your juicer.
This was really good! Watermelon rinds are very healthy for you and they make your juice very light and refreshing. Kale is one of the best things to add to your juice. It’s great for boosting your immune system. Kale juice is high in beta carotene, vitamin C, vitamin K, lutein, zeaxanthin, and calcium. Apples are great too. Apples contain vitamin A, B, C amd are a good source of cobalt, copper, calcium, vitamin P, zinc, potassium, manganese and nickel.
