- 2-3 cups of filtered water
- 2 handfuls of kale
- 2 pears (remove seeds
- 1 cucumber (peeled if waxed)
Remember when making your smoothies to add half of the water to the blender first. Add more water as you add more of the ingredients to make it to the consistency that you like. You can also add a banana or other fruit to this if you want it sweeter. Enjoy!
