Acai Bowls

  • 4-5 ounces of coconut milk
  • 1 frozen Sambazon acai packet
  • 2 teaspoons of raw honey

Mix these ingredients in a blender. Add more coconut milk to get your desired consistency. You can put the mixture back into the freezer and then scoop out with an ice cream scooper or you can immediately add on top of the ingredients listed below. It will be thinner and soupier but just as good either way.

  • 1/2 cup of raw granola
  • 1 mango sliced
  • 1 kiwi
  • spoon of shredded coconut
  • spoon of raw almonds
  • 1 banana sliced
  • handful of blackberries and blueberries

This was offered in almost every cafe in Southern California. Most recipes use strawberries. I like to switch it up. It’s also great without the granola. Always use organic fruits. Enjoy!
