Kale Apple Banana Smoothie

  • handful of kale
  • 1 apple
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 – 1 cup of water

Add water to blender and other ingredients. Add another banana if you like a smoother consistency. You can also add another apple if you like it sweeter.

I used about 6 ounces of water and this made two tall glasses. Drink this in the morning on an empty stomach for best results. I drink it instead of coffee.
