- 1 avocado (remove peel and seed)
- 2 bananas
- 2 apples (remove seeds)
- 1-2 turnip green leaves
- 2-3 cups of filtered water
Add one cup of water to blender first. Add turnip green leves and apples. Then add avocado, banans and more water if desired. This was the time I made a smoothie with avocado. It’s pretty good. I love avocado!
I like to use ripe bananas in my smoothies. Always use organic fruits and vegetables.
