Most people think it’s just from being on the beach, but really it’s because of the direct contact with the earth’s electric energy and negative ions. I bought some earthing sheets and it made a huge difference in my sleep, but if you don’t have the sheets or an earthing mat, just go barefoot as often as you can. If you know anyone who is sick, get them barefoot in the grass too.
