- 1 thick slice of pineapple with rind
- 1 broccoli stalk
- 1 apple
- 1 beet with top greens
- piece of ginger
- 1/4 cup of filtered water
This juice is perfect for someone who doesn’t like beets because the pineapple and apple really sweetens it up. I also added some water.
Beet juice is so good for you. Beet juice is loaded with vitamins B1, B2, B6, vitamin A and vitamin C. Also a great source of choline, iron, calcium, magnesium, cooper, phosphorous, sodium and iron.
