Do you ever wonder why you wake up tired, even though it may seem you got the right amount of sleep? Each night while you’re sleeping, your brain goes through several sleep cycles. At the start of each cycle, you enter light sleep, then deep sleep, then you dream, and then back to light sleep. If you wake up closest to the end of the cycle, you will feel most refreshed.
